Christelle Martine worked for 15 years as the manager of a family campsite, which enabled her to develop expertise in operational management and customer service. She is known for her interpersonal and communication skills, her ability to solve problems quickly, maintain quality standards and adapt to each customer’s needs. A real genius when it comes to maintenance and organisation!
Christelle is your personal concierge. She takes care of everything from booking your taxi or car to boat hire and restaurant reservations. She’s your guardian angel, making sure that everything runs smoothly during your stay.
Sandrine Montaigu-Lancelin is an expert in holiday centre management and training in the socio-cultural sector. She is renowned for her organisational skills, her creativity and her ability to find innovative solutions to meet customers’ needs. Basically, she’s the one who comes up with the tricks to make your life easier!
