Welcome to our 40 m2 air-conditioned chalet set in 500 m2 of private grounds with mountain views, located in the peaceful residential village of Le Serre, nestling in wooded grounds. Our holiday rental offers an idyllic setting for a getaway with family or friends. Enjoy the village’s shared swimming pool, tranquil nature, leisure facilities and beautiful scenery, while having access to many nearby tourist attractions. Located 3 km from the tourist village of Les Vans. River and swimming area 5 minutes’ walk away.

You can explore the many bathing areas of the Chassezac and its tributaries, gorges, caves and all the water and outdoor activities available.

The Mont d’Ardèche region is a very popular tourist destination, with many sites to discover. Nearby attractions include unspoilt natural sites, fascinating caves, picturesque villages and much more.

Our location

Our chalet sleeps up to 5 people in two well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has 3 single beds, one of which is a bunk bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation, with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer, hob and coffee maker. The sitting area has a sofa and TV for relaxing. There is a bathroom with shower and washbasin, and a separate WC for added convenience.

Make the most of the outside space, with its large covered terrace, garden furniture and barbecue. You can choose between refreshing shade on the terrace, or relaxing on the sun loungers in the garden.
